PeaKDEck is a peak-calling programme for DNAseI-seq data. PeaKDEck is written in standard Perl and will run on any installation with Perl installed. See instructions for installation and usage requirements/dependencies. PeaKDEck was published in Bioinformatics in 2014 with open access - Pubmed link.
